FAQ

Do I own the site, or am I renting it?

You own it. The domain is registered in your name and the code is yours. We host it and pay for the hosting and the domain ourselves, so there is nothing else for you to set up or pay for.

Why is there a monthly fee at all?

Because a site that is never touched again quietly rots: dependencies go out of date, security headers drift, forms break when a provider changes an API, and content goes stale. The plan covers hosting, the domain, backups, updates and small changes. Tell us it is down and we are on it right away.

Can you work with the site I already have?

Sometimes. If it is on a platform that lets us at the code, yes. If it is locked inside a builder that will not export, rebuilding is usually cheaper than fighting it, and we will tell you which of the two you are looking at on the first call.

How do you handle payments and customer data?

Payments run through Stripe on their own hosted checkout — card details are never entered on, stored on, or transmitted through a site we build. Customer data stays in your accounts, under your ownership, with access we can be removed from.

What do you need from me to start?

Nothing up front. Once you pay, your site goes live, and Tyler calls you to ask if you want any changes.

Tell us what is slowing you down.

We can help. Tell us what is slowing you down, what is costing your business customers, or what you want to make better — and we will tell you what it would look like to build. That is what the call is for.
