The program
BuiltByTyler business line texts. When you text (831) 230-2743, BuiltByTyler LLC replies about what you asked (our websites, hardware or the AI Receptionist) and, if you set up a call with us, sends one confirmation of it. No marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in
You text (831) 230-2743 first, for example HI, HELLO, START or your question. Your first text is your consent. The call to action is on builtbytyler.com/text, linked from our Contact page. Our first reply confirms it:
BuiltByTyler: thanks for your text. We'll reply here about what you asked. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
Calling the number does not sign you up. We never buy, rent or upload phone numbers, and we never text a number that hasn't texted us first. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
How often and what it costs
- Message frequency varies, usually 1–3 messages per conversation, only in reply to you.
- Message and data rates may apply. We never charge for texts.
Help and stopping
- Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. You get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to opt back in.
